How to book

You can either reserve a tour via our booking calendar on each tour site or write a message via contact form.
Anika will then get in touch with you to discuss the details. When everything is set and the payment is made, you will receive a final confirmation Email.

How to pay

After getting in touch, you will receive an invoice via Email with payment details. 50% of the price will be paid in advance via PayPal (we can also arrange Credit Card Payment) for custom tours. The rest will be paid on the day of the tour before entering the garden.

How to cancel a tour

Please use our contact form to cancel a tour. Free cancellation is possible until 24h prior to tour begin. The deposit will be refunded in this case, withholding the initial transaction fees. In case you cancel later than 24h, Tokyo Garden Tours will withhold the deposit.

How to delete personal data

In case you want us to delete all of your personal data, please send us a note via our contact form. We will contact you one last time to confirm the deletion.
